Dr. Stuart Lovett is a practicing high-risk Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialist in Berkeley, California. He served as Medical Director for MFM at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Berkeley, an OB department which performs 8,500 deliveries per year and coordinates the East Bay’s busiest maternal transport service, encompassing 10 referring hospitals.

Dr. Lovett was also Medical Director of East Bay Perinatal Medical Associates, overseeing an 8 office perinatal practice performing more than 4,000 deliveries per year. He has also served as Medical Director of Ob-Gyn for Hill Physicians, one of the largest IPAs in the nation.

Dr. Julian Parer is a perinatologist at the University of California, San Francisco. He is widely recognized as an academic leader in the field of Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM). He is a pioneering developer of the five-tier framework for FHM management.

Dr. Nageotte is Program Director, Maternal/Fetal, Graduate Medical Education at Long Beach Memorial Hospital in Long Beach, California. He is a widely recognized authority in the field of perinataology, and a co-author of the foundational text Fetal Heart Monitoring.

Dr. DePalma is a founding member of East Bay Perinatal Medical Associates and is the practiceÕs Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist. He earned his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine, completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania, and completed a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

David Lucchese is a partner at the Walnut Creek, California-based la firm of Galloway, Lucchese, Everson & Picchi and is one of the country’s leading authorities on medical malpractice defense. Dave Wynstra advises Mainstream on medical malpractice liability insurance. He is a former insurance industry executive, serving as Executive Vice President of the Willis GroupÕs National Healthcare Practice until he retired in 2008. Before joining Willis he was Division President of Healthcare First, a subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Dave began his career at Pacific Mutual Life, where he rose to the rank of Western Regional Vice President. He is also a member of the Board and Executive Committee of the URAC, an independent, nonprofit organization that promotes health care quality through its accreditation and certification programs, and he is active in several national healthcare trade associations.

Fred Selinger has an extensive background in corporate finance and restructuring, business and management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and business valuations. He is currently the Senior Managing Director of Corporate Finance and Business Consulting at Sutter Securities Incorporated, a private investment banking and consulting firm. He has also served on several corporate and non-profit Boards of Directors.
